Shooters, Fushimi

Nagoya, Japan
8:00pm - 10:00

¥300

It's been a while since we've had the pleasure of playing at Shooters! Always a great crowd, we're looking forward to having the stage on Sunday, September 4. Semi-On will be cracking out orginals and a couple of covers that we love to play. For a whoping ¥300, it's a nice way to spend your Sunday evening.

The food is amazing, the beers are always flowing, and the people are fantastic. We hope you can join us!

P.S. - we just learned that Shooters is offering ¥350 shots on the weekends now....just a heads up!

C O L O U R S O F S O U N D S

Plastic Factory, Imaike

Nagoya, Japan
8:00pm - 10:00
Map
¥1500 (inc. 1 drink)

Lesley and Coleen will be playing a rare duo show! While a little nervous about leaving the rest of the band to their own devices (to get drunk and heckle...), they will be bringing their fiddle, bass, and guitar stylings to the stage. Ever eclectic, be ready for your fill of everything from jazz to waltzes with a twist.

On this night, Plastic Factory also welcomes Ryusei Hattori from Kyoto. He plays an amazing 6-string electric bass and is truly not to be missed. Eddy Lizar, whom you may remember from previous Harmonium Parlour events, will be playing a set of his gypsy rhumba flamenco guitar.

A chilled out, entertaining evening, to be sure!

Camping!

Campground in Gifu

Gujo Hachiman, Gifu, Japan
Arrive Saturday morning, check out Monday afternoon
¥8000 - one day (no overnight)
¥13,000 - one night & two days
¥16,000 - two nights & three days

Jeff from Power English (formally the Shooter’s general manager), has taken the lead in organizing this yearly event, held in the picturesque mountains of Gujo Hachiman in Gifu-ken. The entire band will be up there on Saturday and Sunday, with a jam on Saturday night and throughout the day on Sunday.

This camping event is a little different than you might expect though... the entire weekend is FULLY CATERED!! All food is completely prepared by a chef (meat and veggie choices, of course). It's also ALL-YOU-CAN-DRINK!! Wine, shochu, assorted liquors, and soft drinks, as well as a limited amount of beer tickets per guest.

So how's that: you cook nothing, just take in the surroundings, drink, have a dip in the river, toast some marshmallows in the nightly bonfire, and enjoy some music.

Reservations are necessary, so for more information, please email John at semionjp@gmail.com *subject : Gifu Camp.

Harmonium Parlour Open Mic and Art Space

Plastic Factory, Imaike

Nagoya, Japan
7:00pm ~ last train
Map
¥1000 (1 drink)

Every month at our Open Mic event, you will have noticed fantastic 'live art' being created up on the projector screen behind the stage. This is the work of Kouhei Yamauchi, our very own artist in residence at Harmonium Parlour. This month, we are so very honored to have Kouhei's art on exhibition in the 2nd floor gallery.

Harmonium Parlour is Nagoya's most chillinest Open Mic event. Performers are welcome to sign up for a 15 minute time slot, where they will have the chance to perform for a very receptive audience who are ready to be entertained!

Heinz and the PF staff will have candles lit and drinks flowing, DJ Toru will be weaving some magic between acts, and Semi-On will hit the stage around 8:30.
